My Separate World Ltd. Terms and Conditions:
- My Separate World recommends booking sessions in advance to ensure your preferred time is available.
- Please allow sufficient time before your treatment for a health consultation.
- Please advise of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service.
- Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
- My Separate World accepts cash on the day of service.
- Payments are accepted by Debit and Credit Cards with an additional payment processing fee.
- Gratuities above the flat rate are appreciated.
- Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge.
- Appointments made at short notice within a 24 hour period are deemed as confirmed and will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- At-Home massages are available only if you have been recommended by any of our existing clients.
- Please note that At-Home massages require clients to provide a massage table at their premises.
- At-Work Massage may either be in a chair, or on a massage table which has to be provided at the workplace.
- Please note that travel costs will be added to the current price for at-home and at-work massages.
- Sexual misconduct is forbidden.
