I am here for the second time from: June 1-30, 2025 I am thrilled to returned for the second time to professionally collaborate with Chiva-Some which for 30 years Chiva-Som has pioneered transformative health and well-being treatments programs. Very grateful for this opportunity to continue to grow and learn from the tradition.
One of my favourite ways of spending my off work time when at Chiva-Som is to speak with the Executive Sous Chef Danita S, which she is most recognized for her dedication to create the healthiest food you will ever eat anywhere in the World. She is very busy there and many people wish to take her cooking class and her advice and I am feeling always very grateful and very lucky when she comes to see me and speak with me and shared her knowledge and experience about the importance of food. I respect her craft her wisdom and experience and to know her as a friend and person and colleague is my privilege.
