It becomes quieter, deeper, less sharp, more integrated into who I am.
It taught me to noticed the essence of everyday life, to be much more in the present moment, to live true to my own nature, to shift my attention from external achievements into internal awareness, to become the observer, to continue using my heart to witness this life, not judge, but understand with kindness and forgiveness. Spirit does returns to our body through love, gentle care, patience, kindness, inner peace and time. To acknowledge deep loss, is to deeply be present with it. Grief is not meant to be filled, hide or suppressed, but carried inside us, not to become our identity, but to make us become aware of how everything is fragile and short-lived. Grief never ends. It evolves and overtime awaken a clarity that changes how we move through this earthy life.
The depth of love is known at the time of separation.
