The workshop this month was about:

Explore the subtle energies and vibrational frequencies of human body, and discover how the foods we consume and how the natural environment influence our physical and emotional well-being.

I am especially grateful for everyone who attended the workshop. Your presence, energy, your enthusiasm, and positive feedbacks, your genuine connection that I received made the workshop truly memorable.

Thank you so much to the main reception and spa teams, and Annie Kallayanee for your constant support and encouragement. Introducing me to your wonderful guests made all the difference, and I know I couldn't have done it without you all.

It is an honor to collaborate with the spa again this year. I owe my success to the Spa Director, Susan Sun, and am incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to return.
