I understand that feelings of wellbeing are fundamental to overall health. That past experiences, emotional trauma, many internal attitudes, injuries, pain impact our wellbeing. An individual assessment allows me to speak with you to listen to understand and identify the emotional and physical changes taking place in your body and adjust my individual treatment for you. The length of the initial assessment is no longer than 15 to 20 minutes where you speak with me about your health concerns before the 60 or 90 minutes of your chosen treatment.
Base on the assessment I may incorporate many of techniques into a massage session to increase its effectiveness in restoring body's harmony. I may propose an intuitive massage; a highly insightful, nurturing experience, enabling your body, mind and breath to tune deeply inside to release energy blocks and allowing the body to feel well again. An intuitive massage helps heal physical and emotional pain that compromise our health and well-being. The physical, emotional sensations throughout your body, the feelings of gratitude, wholeness, the feeling of relief and calm during this massage is the experience of the shift in consciousness as the stagnant energy or old patterns or memories surface to be released.
With medical treatment my intention is focused on recovery and rehabilitation to improve a specific ailment or condition, to relieve pain or tension in the body.
