Tibetan singing bowl sets the tone and intention during my meditation. The sound have the power to transmit grounding, clearing energy thus is able to encourage the movement of energetic blockages in body. The deep sound waves I experienced, calms my mind and allows me to enter a deeper meditative state of being. I hold the bowl in the palm of one hand and the mallet in the other, and as I am listening I gently breathe in and out to connect to my body, to observe sensations that arise inside my heart, like my thoughts, emotions which are present which I acknowledge, but allow them to pass throughout my mind. During my meditation I practice to bring my attention back to the sound and my breath.
