Close your eyes, please. Take a long deep breath. Breathe in, then breathe out. Again. And again.
Notice your breath as it flows throughout you. Feel that breath, as the thing that gives you life. This is not a time when all people enjoy that easy flow of breath. For some it is very hard to breathe, and we can think about them and pray for them if we wish. I know that is what I am doing.
This is a time to stay home and be safe. But it also is the time when all of us can stay connected with each other. As I am doing now. For we are all in this together.
