Meditate to know yourself

Each of us has thoughts, by observing them mindfully, we can recognize the patterns and emotions that control our mind. By observing our thoughts we experience internal transformation. Because meditation calms our nervous system, and connects us to our own breath, we gradually, begin to experience silence within ourself. By observing what is happening in our own mind we are in control of our thoughts and thus actions. We begin experiencing a deeper sense of calmness within, which raises our awareness and conscious presence to our own feelings. The constant noice in our mind and around us become extinct. When our mind settles, our body begins to rest deeply.
